These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of brewgravity.com and related services operated by Brew Gravity (“we”, “us”).

Agreement

By using Brew Gravity, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Brew Gravity. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

The service

Brew Gravity provides beer recipe planning and brew-day tools. The service is provided on an as-is basis and features may change, be added, or removed at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of recipes and other data you enter. You grant Brew Gravity a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service, including syncing across devices and powering AI features you use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, use the service for illegal purposes, or interfere with its operation or other users’ access.

AI features

AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional brewing advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

Disclaimer

Brew Gravity is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brew Gravity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in good faith; if unresolved, they may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
